Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up equality and diversity employee engagement management policy and working process, optimize and tracking all recording database, make detailed analysis for attendance rate and employee satisfaction; Responsible for all employee connection programs, through organize kinds of employees activities and benefits, increase employee engagement and enhance the sense of belonging and the pride to work at Thermo Fisher; Handle and organize a grand scale employees event and activities, such as family day; Working with Employee communication department for company events and activities organization, such as annual dinner, town hall, business meeting, etc.; Understand company culture and business needs, then apply that knowledge and development plans which deliver effective employee engagement portfolio and e solutions to improve the employee connections; Other administrative job which assigned by Admin Manager Other jobs when required & Support manager in related issues
