Location: Basel- Allschwil, Switzerland
Responsibilities:
Compile and submit new hire paperwork for processing and partner closely with HR Service Delivery (HR1) teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience for new joiners
Carry out various administrative duties on behalf of the Local HR Team including but not limited to: management of probation process and onboarding discussions, manage employee award process, manage company anniversary process and monitoring sickness absence spreadsheet.
Manage and facilitate local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events together with local Training and Engagement manager
Assist the HR team in creating/preparing materials for presentations, invitation preparation, etc.
Ensure compliance and maintenance of all personnel files for respective groups
Partner with colleagues to support, or manage various HR programs and projects
Adherence to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential materials
Provide a high level of support to the HR Director and HR Team
Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office in Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relationships
Extremely organized
Project management skills and meticulous attention to detail
Skilled at multitasking in a fast paced environment while meeting key deliverables and deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks based on business demands
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to administer and oversee key HR programs and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or business; preferably within a highly matrixed global environment
Experience with global HRIT systems, Workday highly preferred
German mother tongue and very good English language skills
