Job Description


In this role you will be the primary interface between the customer and the service team. If you have good customer service experience within a Engineering related setting, we would like to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface between the customer and the service team
  • Proactively build relationships with customers and engineers
  • Answering service enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Be highly responsive and proactive in dealing with customer needs
  • Carry out administrative tasks to support the service team
  • Despatch Service Orders to engineers, scheduling and confirming bookings
  • Co-ordinate engineer schedule adhering to location and skill-set
  • Liaise between customer and engineer keeping both informed of any changes to appointments
  • Assign unallocated service orders to engineers and confirm customer appointments
  • To work autonomously with minimal supervision



Requirements:

  • Proven customer focused experience
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport with customers and the Service Team
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal skills
  • Ideally have previous experience in a technical service market and/or a technical support role
  • Experience in a Business to Business environment
  • Good experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work within a small team
