Job Description
We are a research, development and production site in Bremen, currently with about 360 employees, whose “high-end” measurement and analysis instruments (mass spectrometers) are used in research and science worldwide. Our innovative products in the fields of Life Sciences MS and Inorganic MS as well as trace analysis are among the leading products globally in their respective markets.

For our site in Bremen we are looking for a

Manager Product Marketing TEA (f/m)

Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages the Product Marketing team of employees
  • Be responsible for the achievement of the company objectives for the product group (Orders, Revenue, EBITA)
  • Manages the Marketing Teams including vertical market training in conjunction with the Divisional Vertical Teams
  • Leads the TEA Product Marketing Strategy, owns the Product Marketing Plan, the launch strategies and the commercialization
  • Leads the TEA market analysis to develop strategic growth campaigns for the Business Unit
  • Partners with functional experts from CMS Divisional Marketing and other Business Units to execute best practices
  • Leads competitive and market analysis by connecting strategy with implications and possible outcomes for the Business Unit
  • Coordinating application data and sales support content to support vertical market growth for the Business Unit
  • Monitors and analyze vertical market statistics
  • Be responsible for Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Sales (VOS) correlation for Vertical Markets and presents findings as appropriate to senior management and other interested parties
  • Constantly monitors, compares and initiates competitive market strategies
  • Is the lead in cross functional discussion (Manufacturing, Planning, Technical Support, Finance)

Your qualifications
  • University degree ideally with postgraduate level in chemistry or related sciences
  • Market qualification or specific training is an advantage
  • Broad scientific marketing background in analytical instruments and excellent customer relationship skills
  • At least 5 years work experience in an analytical instrument role within Product Marketing/Management following formal education
  • Experienced in dealing with modern digital MarCom activities (Video, agency briefing, web content, webinars etc.)
  • Experienced in managing employees and good interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills as well as assertiveness
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness for international travel activities (typically 25%)
