Job Title: Associate Project Management Specialist
Reports To: Senior Manager, Manufacturing
Position Location: Warrington, UK

Position Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic project management team, working on diverse medium-scale projects within a world-class ISO 18385 manufacturing facility setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set up and review infrastructure for new products, customs, product updates and components.
  • Write documentation updates and coordinate the review and release process both for new products and supporting manufacturing teams with improvements for on market products,
  • Participate as manufacturing representative for NPI and custom project core teams
  • Develop timelines for project activities and coordinate activities to ensure timelines are met
  • Participate in the team’s PPI continuous improvement activities
  • Communicate with cross functional teams on and off site
  • Participate in project validation activities and on-going stability testing

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Qualified to degree level in relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent experience

Additional experience (preferred but not essential):
  • Project Management experience
  • Understanding of raw material incoming QC, formulation, packaging processes and QC testing workflow
  • Experience of SAP and other relevant systems which support the Manufacturing processes, such as Trackwise and Agile.
  • Experience of working with in a GMP/ISO13485 environment
  • Knowledge of molecular biology, preferably experience with Forensic DNA testing and analysis
