Job Description
  • Development of business plans for South Korea and supporting all country plan development.
  • Understanding the market space and growth challenges across South Korea.
  • Building vision and business cases for partnering with distributor network.
  • Managing the distributors and dealers network to grow the CCS business in South Korea.
  • Ensure that strategic Partner account plans are generated and updated quarterly
  • Manage pipeline of Partner sales activity
  • Communicating and work closely with APAC CCS management on CCS business sales development
  • CCS Market Development Strategy vs South Korea market opportunity, with significant share gain focus.
    • Drive growth across entire product portfolio.
    • Accelerate growth across strategic markets and applications.
    • Product positioning and OEM partnerships.
  • Work with other CCS departments (inside sales, marketing, services, support) and leverage appropriate resources to maximum effect.
  • Build operational efficiency to enhance customer value.
