Job Title: Senior Quality Coordinator

Position Location: Horsham

Position Summary:
The Senior Quality Coordinator is responsible for providing support for TrackWise, driving ownership, accountability, root cause analysis and closure of TrackWise events, as well as driving continuous improvement and provide general support to the Client Services function as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to investigations into quality issues and implementation of appropriate CAPA to correspond with the outcomes of investigations
  • Working with all areas of the business to carry out root cause analysis through analysis and interpretation of the quality metrics
  • Working with all areas of the business in carrying out the analysis and interpretation of quality metrics and CAPA
  • Department Review of TrackWise events
  • Inputting and maintaining all appropriate quality metrics working with all areas of the business in ensuring quality metrics are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Provide management and direction on day to day management of the Dept quality tasks
  • Report through appropriate metrics progress to quality project plan
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree Level or equivalent in relevant subject or extensive relevant experience
  • Experience within Quality
  • PC Literate
  • First line leader experience



Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Knowledge of GMP environments
  • Teamwork especially in a matrix management organisation. Ability to influence across functions across Fisher Clinical Services sites and across companies to achieve objectives
  • Process analysis skill suitable to collect/analyse data leading to proposed process improvement with quantifiable business benefit
  • Management of small groups
  • Project management
  • Flexible and adaptable, with strong customer management skills
  • Able to analyse problems and define solutions
  • Ability to understand the client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Good standard of English (verbal & written)
  • Good attention to detail
