Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Finance Intern
- Create customer segment level sales, margin, and profitability trending reports and analysis to support revenue and profit growth initiatives.
- Assists in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Performs other duties and project support as assigned
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; or other degree with relevant work experience
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Related work or internship experience
- Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability
- It is required that the candidate has the ability to manage multiple assignments, has good judgment, and prioritizes projects and time effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have a commitment to continuous learning, show career progression and development, and seek opportunities to stretch capabilities.
- Excellent skills with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint are required; skills with Data Warehouse, COGNOS, and Visual Basic are preferred.
