This position manages Training department. The Training function maintains the requirements, on-the-job training program, as well as higher learning continuous improvement training. Training is created and provided in order to help ensure that all employees can meet and exceed all cGMP standards for the facility. This position also interfaces with non-GMP departments to ensure training appropriate for them is also created and maintained (e.g. Safety training). Defines and ensures timely completion of Quality Systems deliverables for projects in order to meet scheduled timelines. Supervises and efficiently utilizes resources, both FTE and temporary, in order to meet project goals and timelines. Creates, maintains, and provides updates to higher level management on metrics appropriate to the department. Operates in a continuous improvement and quality mindset at all times to ensure the QS Training function can provide top-tier training to the personnel of the facility.
