Main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Support Specialist will be:
Work closely with the sales teams and the customers to ensure that information is accurate and communication is timely.
Effectively and efficiently process orders.
Handle all aspects of our annual price books from organization to publication.
Support the sales team in preparing tenders and quotations to customers, providing technical advice as necessary.
Technical background/aptitude is necessary.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, is a requirement.
French/German language skills are desirable.
Strong self-organizational and communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to compile and analyze customer feedback.
Ability to work in a team environment and influence/motivate others.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5 years previous experience in the same or similar role.
Minimal travel is required.
