- Responsible for processing high value orders and quotes
- Responsible for managing Key accounts and sending out weekly order status
- Responsible for managing back order communication to customers
- Responsible for customer complaint management
- Responsible for sending out reports like open orders report and productivity report
Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in core customer service function
Knowledge on M S Office and ERP is Mandatory.
Should possess good decision making, Conflict management and Problem solving skills.
Working experience should be in Pharma/Biotech/Life Science will be preferred
Working knowledge in customs bonded warehouse and Customs transactions including knowledge on various Incoterms will be preferred
