Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting end-to-end analysis for:
    • Monthly and Quarterly Total Company EPS Outlooks
    • Preparation of Audit Committee and CFO Earnings Call scripts
    • Quarterly Earnings support including but not limited to
      • Revenue by Geography / Regions and by Product Line
      • Organic Growth and EBITA Contribution
      • Reporting for Acquisitions, Dispositions, etc.
      • Divisional scorecard
    • Manage the long term business planning (STRAP) consolidation and modeling
    • Support roll-up and presentation of the Total Company Annual Operating Plan
    • Weekly Revenue and Bookings report for the Total Company
    • Flash reporting process
    • Put / Take process in conjunction with Financial Systems team

  • Specific support / analytics / Ownership:
    • EBITA FX, GAAP Earnings Bridge
    • Organic Entities
    • Administration & analysis for monthly outlooks – including comparisons and walks
    • Investor Relations, Industry Analysts calls, meetings and presentations
    • Supporting Corporate Development / Strategy team with data and analytics as required
    • Undertake work-reduction / optimization initiatives within the Corporate FP&A group
  • Other ad-hoc analytics as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in an a finance role within an operating business, with hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions
  • Self supervised with strong leadership skills and experience in owning and leading projects
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with key members of the corporate executive team and the finance leadership team
  • Demonstrated leadership working with cross functional teams to drive process improvement
  • Excellent knowledge of HFM, or equivalent financial application program, and Excel
