Position Summary

The candidate, as a part of the sales team, will be responsible for the promotion and the relationship with the physicians working in the fields related to allergy and autoimmunity. As a key player of the market growth project, the candidate’s objective is to increase the awareness of in vitro diagnostic test and its use by daily calls and clinicians education.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

· Promotion of allergy diagnostic products in the appointed area, generating allergy test requests, focusing on specialists as a target group
· Educational support to physicians in interpreting diagnostic results
· Sales reports and accurate monthly forecasts
· Contribute to the development plans and company growth through the achievement of specific sales target according to the territory's plans
· Work closely with colleagues to identify "key customers" and manage the implementation of new test in the clinical laboratories
· Consistent reporting on promotion activities and leads generation
· Maintain positive customers relationships and a strong networking with the sales team and service assuring an excellent "customer experience"
· Identify and communicate any possible development strategy and initiative by generating new commercial opportunities
· Continuous learning process is a necessary skill in the role

Internal: Management, Sales Team, Marketing team, Customer Service, Tender Office, Technical Service
External: Specialists in allergy and Autoimmunity related field – OLs

· Available to mobility short term within the national and European territory if requested

Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in the scientific field is essential

Professional Experience Qualifications
· At least 2 years of working experience as a sales representatives in pharmaceutical field.
· Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications (Particularly excel and power point)
· Excellent English knowledge
· Residence in Lombardy, preferably Milan area
· Driving License
