Job Description


  • Plan, design and implement efficient business and systems solutions for optimization of process improvement database system
  • Document business requirements and business process flows
  • Participate/drive requirements and design workshops
  • Configure issue tracking system and related reports
  • Document release notes and develop training materials
  • Train business users on new system functionality and/or process changes
  • Contribute to knowledge repository
  • Good analytical, Troubleshooting skills develop practical solutions

Relevant Technical Skills

  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Business Process & System Analysis experience
  • Develop use cases and other UML diagrams to describe process & system flows
  • Experienced user of windows and windows based applications (MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Good time management

Below skillset is a plus

  • Experience using and configuring Redmine issue tracker, Jira and Power BI
  • Project Management
  • Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of databases and PL/SQL
  • Knowledge of Windows Batch Scripts or Unix Shell Scripts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education (classwork) in engineering or computer science
