Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Product Marketing Manager with exceptional product management skills to join the Reproductive Health team at our Santa Clara (CA) location. The ideal candidate will refine new product definition, develop business case related to new product and business initiatives, develop product development plan, and create new product positioning and launch.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interacts with customers and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities
  • Develops relationships with industry leaders
  • Develops and implements training programs
  • Analyzes market developments, trends and opportunities
  • Develop business case related to new product and business development initiatives
  • Cross-functionally develop customer requirement and claims and facilitate product creation
  • Ensure adequate data to support product claims and requirements
  • Monitors product quality and availability
  • Creates the vision and strategy for a given product line and then manage the product life cycle
  • Participates in process and operation improvement opportunities
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries
  • Complies with company quality management systems, policies and procedures
  • Provides mentorship, if applicable
  • Additional duties/responsibilities according to business needs

Required Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BS/BA is required
8+ years experience including responsibility in related marketing/product management

Travel Requirements: Up to 40%

Education: MBA or equivalent is a Plus
Experience in reproductive health, genomics or clinical markets, either customer facing or marketing related activities.
