Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Manage processes:

  • Support global processes (PMD, EIS, etc.) including training for managers and employees and follow ups.
  • Manage recruitment processes including: advertising positions, interviews, help managers make decisions, support background check process.
  • Onboarding for new hires

Contact person:

  • Employee relations in varies issues
  • Regular 1:1 with managers and support day to day HR challenges

Training & Development:

  • Help managers to create and implement personal development plans for employees
  • Manage training plan: work with managers on needs analysis, create plan based on priority and budget and follow up


  • Participate in daily tier 3 meetings and manage HR indicators
  • Involvement in PPI processes and improvement plans
