  • Pro-actively handle client enquiries and issues
  • Pro-actively handle internal enquiries and issues
  • Working with the Project Management group to ensure the logistics element of the study set up is correct
  • Recommend the best solution for direct to site shipments from a safe passage/customs clearance perspective
  • Ensure safe receipt of import orders to Fisher
  • Assigning the correct tariff codes to shipments
  • Performing the internal GPM billing process and investigate any exceptions due to incorrect/missing courier fees and duties/taxes
  • Providing cross training of other staff upon request from the line manager
  • Reasonable exposure to clients with regards to client meetings
  • Ensure relevant order related paperwork is filed in accordance with regulatory and study requirements
  • Ensure that the process for Import permit applications is adhered to and timelines maintained
  • Tracking pro-forma invoices and licence applications to ensure a timely completion
  • Day to day management of couriers
  • Monitoring the acknowledgement of order receipt from the courier web sites and ensuring that the Global Project Management (GPM) system is updated accordingly
  • Management of brokers and the importation process
  • Interaction with all relevant internal departments to ensure the timely completion of order associated activities
  • Leadership and participation in cross functional business process improvement activities as required

Minimum Qualifications:
  • GCSE or equivalent in relevant subjects
