Work on Issues reported in Siebel and Salesforce related to Configuration and EAI Integration by providing efficient solutions.
Work on Issues reported in Workflows, Workflow Monitoring Agent, Assignment Manager, Email Outbound, Inbound Integrations, External systems real time Integrations with middleware.
Get involved in change management, Major Incident Management, service management for all Siebel and Salesforce applications
Collaborate with cross functional IT technical teams and Interface partners for service delivery excellence
Acts as a key member of the core technical team for CRM Applications
Establishes IT as a critical partner with the business functional leaders
Determines priorities based on business needs and champions IT enabled business projects/programs with consensus
Develops business transformation and process optimizations for CRM Systems
Deliver IT aspects of key business initiatives in regards to integration of new acquisitions which includes CRM, ERP platforms, regulatory improvements and other projects as they become prioritized
Works with shared services and local IT development teams to provide technical delivery in the implementation and support of company approved application systems
Complies with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Hands on Experience with Siebel Application support in Configuration and EAI
Strong technical skills in External real time Integrations, Workflows, Runtime events, RCR's, Workflow Monitoring Agent, Email Outbound and Inbound Integrations.
Working hands-on experience with Siebel 8.1x versions and higher.
EIM knowledge will be additional advantage
SalesFoce Knowledge will be additional advantage
Work in different shifts for supporting the global instances of CRM Applications
Experience working in a sales and service organizations
Experience working within the Life Science Industry
Bachelor’s degree with experience in information technology and a functional discipline of sales operations, customer service, technical service, Call Center and Intranet Applications
Experience in a continuous improvement environment with a track record of delivering sustainable business results
Demonstrated ability to interact with and gain trust of senior leadership
Ability to quickly understand the business need and to translate this to actionable IT solution
Experience working in a matrixes organization
Experience working with a business leveraging IT shared service
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Strong technical expertise and ITIL skills and understanding of service management lifecycle
Ability to successfully deliver projects to completion on time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong relationship building skills
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Broad operational IT experience in a large company environment with ITIL processes
5 to 7 years of experience as an IT Support team member and technical expertise with business transformation
Strong attention to detail
