- Responsible for field service operations to provide timely and optimum product support for Gas Analyzers.
- To maintain and/or improve depot processes to provide fast turnaround time for Gas Analyzers.
- Assure customer satisfaction through management of field service team to reduce the system downtime for high equipment performance.
- Conduct regular technical reviews with field service team to assist on critical and/or repeated issues.
- Manages system repair and maintenance activities and acts as the final customer focal point for escalation management
- Assure high level of Service Engineer competency through execution of training and development plans
- Provision of end user trainings to customer
- Drives and assures consistency and integrity of the key operational metrics through business evaluation, and manages recommendations to improve the design for supportability and service delivery methodology
