Job Description


 Partners with Sales and Marketing, and internal departments

 Maintains all customer pricing agreements, quotes, bids, requests for information, spreadsheet and report creation.

 Troubleshoots price discrepancies and problem resolution.

 Maintains list pricing.

 Maintains databases and training materials.

 Communicates issues and opportunities at various levels within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

 Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and workload change;

 Ability to work successfully in both a team setting as well as be a strong individual contributor

 Experience working with multiple computer applications such as Siebel, Microsoft Office and E1

 Strong analytical, computer, verbal and written communication skills

 Must be flexible with hours worked to support department hours 8-8, Monday through Thursday, and Friday 8 am to 6 pm . Some Holiday work may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and have demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills
