Job Description

Ø Primary Responsibilities:

• Management of the corporate compliance program in the areas below;

-General Business compliance,

-FCPA and Competition Laws

-Dealer Compliance, incl. Due Diligence (Securimate management)

-Trade Compliance,

-Health Care Compliance, including the Promotion Code and HCC Guidelines

• Conducts internal investigation regarding compliance matters
• Provides training to the company and its business partners on substantive legal

topics and compliance
• Directs programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business teams are in

compliance with the compliance policies and reporting regulations
• Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and

implements necessary changes
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and

• Review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal

requirements when needed

Ø Education/Experience:
• Requires a bachelor's degree, (master of law or other specialty areas preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in daily management of a compliance program
• A minimum of 10 years previous experience in business is a plus
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required
•A good command of written and spoken English is required
