Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Main responsibility of this position will be operation of autocapper and all related maintenance and changeover procedures.
•These duties include the following:
•Proper scheduled machine maintenance
•Change over of machine based on product requirements
•Monitoring of nitrogen levels to ensure autocapper operation
Provide assistance as needed in Kitting and/or Bag Machine area
•Sufficiently trained to handle the below coverage responsibilities for bag machines:
•Bag and/or Assemble kits of product containing vials, caps, septa, etc. per work order instructions.
•Inspect product as you complete the work order.
•Assist production in problem resolution.
•Report equipment problems to supervisor.
•Record the necessary production data.
•Keep work areas clean and neat.
•Perform all other duties assigned by management.
•Sufficiently trained to handle the below coverage responsibilities for Kitting Operations:
•Support production operations thru manual weighing of product and packaging for sales or inventory orders
•Assembly of multi-product kits per customer requirements
•Focus on team quality procedures to minimize packaging errors and yield high customer satisfaction
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints
Decision Making Authority
•Recommend acceptability of products/processes.
•Make recommendations to improve product and process issues.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
•High School education or equivalent preferred.
•Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions

(3) Level of Visual Acuity: Inspection, Close Assembly: Visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, operation of machines, using measuring devices, assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to eye.
(4) Environmental Conditions: The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
