Job Description
Job title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, Customer Channels Group
Location: Anywhere in the UK

Position Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the demand and lead generation campaigns with a focus on growing segment-specific small and mid-sized customers where it's less efficient for the field sales team to focus large amounts of time and effort. This role develops marketing programs that generate incremental pipeline for existing and new customers leveraging account based digital marketing to influence the marketplace, capture customers and prospects and generate, nurture and convert the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies with measurable plans to support growth of small and mid-sized customers. This involves working closely with cross functional teams including portfolio management, marketing services, analytics, corporate marketing, and IT / DTD.
  • Identify growth opportunities with small and mid-sized customers and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Collaborate with segment and program marketing managers to develop and execute campaigns that reach and resonate with targeted prospects. Identify target customers, leverage existing content and / or generate new content needed to connect with target customers.
  • Devise key messaging points for lead generation campaigns. Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle.
  • Define and manage the execution of data-driven marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline.
  • Create marketing programs that generate awareness and traffic, and result in conversions or new-name leads. Programs include SEO/SEM, paid digital media, social media programs and content syndication.
  • Monitor results of campaigns, reporting and using results to design new and better campaigns

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years of marketing related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, with digital marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing plan development
  • Experience using marketing automation systems to drive lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to work with sales team to achieve aggressive sales goals
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple organizations to successful completion of project

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
  • Campaign management experience
